Pumpkin Seeds - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. water
3 Tbsp. salt
2 c. fresh pumpkin seeds, washed
Preparation

Bring water to boil in saucepan; add salt and continue to cook until it dissolves.
Pour mixture over pumpkin seeds.
Cover and let stand for 24 hours.
Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Drain seeds and spread on large baking sheet.
Roast until seeds are dry, turning and stirring every 15 minutes.
