Zucchini Bake(6 To 8 Servings) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. cottage cheese
4 eggs, beaten
3 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley
1/4 tsp. pepper
dash of garlic
2 lb. zucchini, sliced 1/4 inch
3/4 c. bread crumbs
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. butter
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Butter 2-quart baking dish.
Combine first 6 ingredients in bowl and mix.
Place layer of zucchini in baking dish and layer with some cheese mixture.
Repeat, ending with cheese mixture.
Combine bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese. Sprinkle over casserole.
Dot with butter.
Tent with foil and bake 25 minutes.
Remove foil and bake additional 20 minutes.
