Hot Tamales - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 lb. ground meat (1/2 beef, 1/2 pork)
5 large onions
1 head garlic
6 Tbsp. Chili Quick (Gebhardt's instant chili mix)
1 c. masa harina
1 c. water
2 or 3 tsp. red pepper
2 1/2 Tbsp. salt
3 oz. bottle chili powder
1 c. white cornmeal
2 Tbsp. cumin powder
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
Preparation

Put onions, garlic, water and Ro-Tel in blender.
Mix well with meat mixture and seasonings.
