Carrot Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cooked carrots, mashed
1 stick margarine, melted
3 Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
3 eggs, well beaten
Preparation

Mix carrots and margarine.
Mix flour, baking powder, cinnamon and sugar.
Add to carrot mixture.
Add eggs and mix well. Butter or grease baking dish.
Pour in mixture and bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Reduce heat to 325\u00b0 and bake 45 minutes.
