Pork Chops And Potatoes(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pork chops
    3 large potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
    1/3 c. milk
    1 small onion, sliced
    salt and pepper to taste
    garlic salt to taste
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can mushroom soup
Preparation
    In a 4-cup measure, heat soup and milk on High for 4 minutes; then stir.
    In a 7 1/2 x 12-inch dish, layer potatoes and onion. Season with salt and pepper.
    Pour hot soup mix over potatoes and onions.
    Cover with plastic wrap and cook on High for 10 minutes, until potatoes are crisp.
    Lightly sprinkle pork chops with garlic salt and place on potatoes, with bones to the outside of dish. Cover with plastic wrap and cook on High for 4 minutes.
    Remove plastic and place under broiler to brown lightly.
