Philly Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pack Cracker Barrel Cheddar cheese (room temperature)
    1 (8 oz.) pack Philadelphia cream cheese (room temperature)
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    2 tsp. chopped onion
    1/2 tsp. lemon juice
    1 jar dried beef (small), finely chopped
    2 tsp. chopped pimento
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 tsp. chopped green pepper
Preparation
    Allow Cheddar cheese and cream cheese to reach room temperature. Combine cheese, cream cheese and 2 tablespoons margarine. Mix well until blended. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well and mold into a ball. Roll ball into finely chopped dried beef until covered. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
