Carrot Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 or 5 medium carrots, grated
    1 tsp. brown sugar
    mayonnaise
    1/2 c. raisins
    3 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Mix chopped carrots and raisins together in bowl.
    In separate bowl, mix the sugar, vinegar and mayonnaise (use enough mayonnaise to make salad moist, but not too moist).
    Add dressing to carrot-raisin mixture.
    A small can of crushed pineapple, drained, may be added.
    Cool before serving.
