Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. potatoes
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 medium onion, chopped
    1/4 lb. hamburg
    6 to 8 slices American cheese
    milk to cover potatoes
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Peel
    and
    slice
    potatoes,
    chopped onion and hamburg. Bring to hard
    boil
    for 3 minutes.
    Pour broth off.
    Place in baking dish or
    pan.
    Mix soup, milk, salt and pepper and pour over potatoes
    and
    break up cheese over the mixture.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 about 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
