Corn Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 can creamed corn
    6 oz. smoked sausage (can use ham)
    1 can new whole potatoes, cut up, cooked until tender and drained (can use Irish potatoes)
    1 can whole kernel corn
    4 oz. smoked Cheddar cheese (can use Swiss), grated
Preparation
    Stir milk with creamed corn. Add potatoes, corn and meat. Heat thoroughly. Take off heat. Add cheese. When it is melted, serve and top with chopped onions (optional).
