My Mom'S Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 stick butter
    1 1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
    1 Tbsp. flour
    2 eggs
    2 Tbsp. water
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 unbaked pie crust
Preparation
    Cream butter, flour and sugar thoroughly.
    Beat eggs and 1 tablespoon water slightly.
    Add to mixture.
    Add other tablespoon water and vanilla.
    Mix and let stand 20-30 minutes. Stir and pour in unbaked pie shell.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Makes 1 pie or 12 tarts.
