Spinach Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    pie shell
    1 can (small) mushrooms
    1/2 c. spinach
    salt, pepper, nutmeg
    1/4 c. grated cheese
    3 eggs
    cream
    butter or oleo
Preparation
    Prebake pie shell 10 to 12 minutes at 375\u00b0.
    Saute mushrooms and 1/2 cup spinach in butter.
    Add salt, pepper and nutmeg. Blend 1/4 cup grated cheese and 3 eggs.
    Add enough cream to make about 1 1/2 to 2 cups.
    Pour in pie shell.
    Sprinkle with grated cheese.
    Dot with butter.
    Bake 1/2 hour at 375\u00b0.
