Crunchy Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 3/4 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1/3 c. margarine, softened
1 c. milk
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg
1 1/2 c. Wheaties or bran flakes

Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease 9-inch square pan.
Beat all ingredients, except cereal and topping on low speed for 2 minutes. Fold in cereal.
Spread in pan and sprinkle with topping.
Bake 30 to 35 minutes.
