Spoon Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    2 c. warm water (105~ to 115~)
    3/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 egg, beaten
    4 c. self-rising flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water; let stand 5 minutes.
    Combine butter and sugar in a large bowl, stirring well.
    Add yeast mixture and egg, stirring until blended.
    Gradually stir in flour. (Mixture will resemble batter rather than dough.)
    Cover tightly and refrigerate at least 8 hours or up to 3 days before using. Spoon dough into lightly greased muffin pans, filling each cup 2/3 full.
    Cover and let rise in a warm place (85\u00b0) free from drafts for 30 minutes.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
    Yields 2 1/2 dozen.
