Broccoli-Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 bunch broccoli, cooked
1/2 c. cooked rice
2 cans Campbell's cream of chicken soup
1 lb. pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Mix cream of chicken soup and 1/2 package of cheese in a saucepan over medium heat.
After cheese has melted, add cooked rice to mixture.
Remove from heat; add butter.
Layer the bottom of a casserole dish with part of the broccoli.
Add a layer of the cheesy rice on top of the broccoli.
Continue to alternate broccoli and cheesy rice until all is used.
Place remaining cheese on top.
Cook at 425\u00b0 until cheese is melted and casserole is bubbling.
