Mushroom Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. cracker crumbs
1 onion, chopped fine
1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. water
1 c. cream of mushroom soup
Preparation

Mix together ground beef, onion and milk; form balls. Roll in cracker crumbs. Brown in Crisco. Add 3/4 cup water with the cream of mushroom soup. Cook in casserole dish in 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes. Salt and pepper to taste.
