Golden Catfish Fillets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    3/4 cups all-purpose flour
    3/4 cups meal
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    5 catfish fillets
    Oil for frying
Preparation
    In a shallow bowl, beat eggs until foamy.
    In another shallow bowl, combine dry ingredients.
    Dip fillets into eggs and coat with cornmeal mixture.
    Heat 1/4 of oil in a large skillet and pan fry over medium heat for 3 - 4 minutes on each side.
