Cucumber Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 cucumbers
    2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. white sesame seed
    3 Tbsp. white vinegar
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    Score cucumbers lengthwise by pressing through the skin. Slice thinly and place in a colander.
    Sprinkle cucumbers with salt.
    Let drain for 30 minutes, then place the cucumbers between paper towels and pat dry.
    Meanwhile, heat sesame seeds in a dry frying pan, shaking them frequently until they begin to jump in pan and are toasted.
    Mix other ingredients into cucumbers and marinate for several hours.
