Cajun Seasoning - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1/2 tsp. cumin
    1/4 tsp. cayenne powder
    1/4 tsp thyme
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Mix
    together.
    Baste
    meat (skinless chicken, steak or fish). Let
    stand
    for
    30 minutes or longer in refrigerator. Grill on charcoal grill or pan fry on high heat to sear meat.
