Jan'S Fruit Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. butter
    1 lb. flour (4 c.)
    1 1/2 lb. sugar (3 c.)
    12 eggs
    1/2 lb. candied cherries
    1/2 lb. candied pineapple
    2 or 3 qt. nuts
    1 box white raisins
Preparation
    Cream butter and
    sugar,
    add
    eggs,
    add 2 cups flour. Mix well.
    Add\tremaining
    flour to fruits and nuts.
    Mix well and bake at 250\u00b0 for 3 hours.
    Cover the first hour.
