Scotch Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter or shortening
1/2 c. sour milk
3 Tbsp. cocoa, dissolved in 1/2 c. hot water
1 tsp. soda
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
Preparation

Cream shortening and sugar.
Add eggs.
Mix well.
Add dry ingredients, cocoa, vanilla and milk.
Mix well.
Pour batter in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
