Diet Applesauce Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 slice whole wheat bread
    1/3 c. dry milk powder
    3 tsp. brown sugar substitute
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. orange rind
    1/2 tsp. butter extract
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    1 egg
    4 oz. unsweetened applesauce
Preparation
    Crumble bread and add dry ingredients.
    In another bowl, combine egg, butter extract and applesauce.
    Combine the two and mix until smooth.
    Bake in a 2 x 4-inch loaf pan at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
