Teriyaki Beef Stir-Fry(Light Recipe) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. flank steak
    1/4 c. reduced-sodium soy sauce
    1/4 c. water
    2 Tbsp. honey
    1/2 tsp. ground ginger
    4 cloves garlic, minced
    vegetable cooking spray
    1 tsp. vegetable oil
    1 onion, chopped
    2 c. broccoli, chopped
    1 c. fresh mushrooms, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 tomato, chopped
Preparation
    Trim fat from beef.
    Cut into strips.
    Combine next 5 ingredients in an 8-inch square pan.
    Add steak to marinade; turn to coat.
    Cover; marinate in refrigerator 30 minutes to 1 hour. Coat a wok or electric skillet with cooking spray; add oil and turn to medium-high heat (325\u00b0).
    Add steak, onion, pepper and broccoli; cook for 3 to 5 minutes.
    Add mushrooms and tomato; cook an additional 3 minutes or until done.
    Yields 4 (3 ounce) servings.
