Turkey Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 green peppers, cut in halves lengthwise and seeded
1 lb. turkey ground
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 c. cooked rice
1 (14 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation

To precook peppers, add pepper halves to boiling water and cook 10 minutes or until almost tender; drain and set aside.
