Posh Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. yellow summer squash
    2 eggs
    1 onion, minced
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
    3/4 c. grated Parmesan
    1/4 tsp. thyme
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 c. Italian bread crumbs
Preparation
    Cook sliced squash 5 to 10 minutes until tender.
    Saute onion and pepper.
    Place squash, onion and pepper in food processor and process until smooth.
    Add remaining ingredients, reserving 1/2 cup grated cheese.
    Pour into 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Top with reserved cheese and butter.
