Diabetic - Hot Fudge Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    3 Tbsp. granulated sugar replacement
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3 (1 oz.) sq. bitter chocolate
    2 Tbsp. white vinegar
    1/3 c. skim milk
    2 Tbsp. liquid shortening
    2 Tbsp. granulated brown sugar replacement
    1 3/4 c. boiling water
Preparation
    Sift flour, granulated sugar replacement, baking soda and salt into medium mixing bowl.
    Melt 1 square of the bitter chocolate. Add vinegar, milk, shortening and the melted chocolate to flour mixture; stir to blend.
    Pour into well-greased 8-inch square dish; sprinkle with brown sugar replacement.
    Add remaining chocolate to the boiling water; heat until chocolate is melted. Pour chocolate-water mixture over pudding batter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Serve warm from baking dish.
    Yields 10 servings.
