Forgotten Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of celery soup (undiluted)
    2 c. milk
    1 c. regular rice
    1 envelope dry onion soup mix
    1 fryer, cut up or favorite chicken parts
Preparation
    Mix celery soup with rice and milk; pour into 11 1/2 x 7 1/2 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Place lightly salted and peppered chicken pieces on the rice mixture.
    Sprinkle evenly with dry onion soup mix.
    Cover and bake at 325\u00b0 for 2 hours or until thoroughly cooked.
