Sunday Chicken Dinner - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 whole fryer, cut up
1 c. rice (uncooked)
1 1/2 c. water
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 c. chopped broccoli
Preparation

Place rice and water in bottom of 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Drop spoonfuls of soup 3-inches apart.
Top with broccoli, then place chicken pieces and cover with aluminum foil.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until chicken is tender.
Remove foil and bake 10 minutes longer to brown chicken.
