Rolled Flank Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 lb. flank steak
    salt and pepper or garlic salt
    parsley
    1/2 lb. bacon strips
Preparation
    Pound flank steak to tenderize several hours before cooking. Score steak in diagonal cuts.
    Sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper or garlic salt and parsley.
