Cinnamon Coffee Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
1 c. granulated sugar
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
1 c. butter or margarine
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs
1 c. buttermilk
Preparation

In a large bowl, mix the flour, sugars, shortening and cinnamon like pie crust.
Reserve 3/4 cup of this mixture for topping.
To the remaining mixture, add the salt, baking soda, vanilla and eggs.
Stir until mixed.
Add the buttermilk and blend until smooth.
Pour the mixture into a greased and floured spring-form angel food pan.
Sprinkle reserved mixture lightly over the top.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes or until the cake tests done.
Cool before removing from the pan.
