Frosted Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1/4 c. bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 c. mashed potato
    3 - 4 slices bacon crumbled (can use bacon bits)
    1/4 c. shredded cheese
Preparation
    Mix thoroughly 1/2 c. soup, ground beef, onion, egg, bread crumbs, parsley and salt.
    Press mixture into a 9 inch pie plate and bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Spoon off excess fat.
    Mix remaining soup with mashed potatoes and frost the meat loaf. Sprinkle with bacon and cheese.
    Bake 10 - 15 minutes longer.
