Biscuit Topped Italian Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    3/4 c. water
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 (10 oz.) can biscuits
    2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1 (9 oz.) pkg. frozen vegetables, thawed
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. melted margarine
    1/2 tsp. oregano leaves
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and onion; drain.
    Stir in water, pepper, tomato paste and sauce; simmer for 15 minutes.
    Remove from heat. Stir in vegetables and 1 1/2 cups cheese.
    Spoon mixture into greased baking dish.
    Separate each biscuit into 2 pieces.
    Place biscuits near outer edge, overlapping slightly.
    Sprinkle remaining cheese in center.
    Sprinkle oregano on top.
    Brush biscuits with margarine.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
