Spaghetti Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 oz. spaghetti
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
2 eggs, well beaten
1 c. cottage or Ricotta cheese
1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese (2 oz.)
use canned or jars spaghetti sauce or make your own
Preparation

Cook spaghetti according to package, drain.
Stir in butter or margarine.
Add Parmesan cheese and eggs. Form spaghetti into a 10-inch pie plate.
Spread cottage or Ricotta cheese over bottom of crust.
Cover with spaghetti sauce.
Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese over top.
Bake until melted.
Yields 6 servings.
