Frozen Island Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) carton pineapple-flavored yogurt
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 (8 3/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
    lettuce leaves
    chopped pecans
    sliced fresh fruit (for garnish)
Preparation
    Thoroughly blend yogurt into softened cream cheese.
    Stir in sugar and pineapple, blending well.
    Line a muffin pan with 6 paper baking cups.
    Spoon mixture into cups, cover and freeze.
