Greek Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 plum tomatoes, seeded and diced
    1/2 red onion, chopped
    1/2 seedless European cucumber, diced
    1/4 c. chopped fresh flat leaf parsley
    1/2 c. pitted Kalamata black olives, chopped
    1/2 lb. feta cheese, crumbled
    4 pepperoncini hot peppers, chopped
    Salt and pepper to taste
    1 c. plain Dannon yogurt
    1 tsp. dry oregano leaves
    1 tsp. ground cumin
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
    Warm pita breads (optional)
Preparation
    Combine first 7 ingredients in a bowl.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Combine yogurt with lemon juice, red wine vinegar, oregano and ground cumin.
    Mix thoroughly.
    Add dressing to salad and toss.
    Adjust seasoning.
    Eat salad as is or piled in warm pita breads.
    Yield:
    4 servings.
