Butter Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. dry yeast
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 c. lukewarm water
3 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. melted shortening
5 c. plain flour
Preparation

Mix yeast and 1 tablespoon sugar in a bowl.
Add water to dissolved yeast.
Add eggs, 1/2 cup sugar, salt and shortening. Gradually add flour and mix with hand to make dough.
Place in an icebox overnight.
Cut dough in half.
Roll out like pie crust; thin cut into 16 pie-shaped pieces.
Spread with butter.
Roll from large end.
Put small end down to pan.
May use muffin tins, also. Let rise for 2 hours.
Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven until brown.
