Hot Chicken Salad Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices bread
    2 c. cooked, diced chicken
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    2 beaten eggs
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 c. shredded cheese
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    First day, cube 3 slices trimmed bread in bottom of pan.
    Mix chicken, onion, celery, pepper, mayonnaise and spices.
    Spread on top of cubed bread.
    Refrigerate.
    Second day, mix beaten eggs, milk and soup.
    Pour over chicken and bread.
    Cube remaining bread and lay on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Last 15 minutes, put on the cheese.
