Spinach Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    4 eggs
    1 1/2 sticks oleo
    1 large onion, chopped
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    2 c. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing mix
Preparation
    Cook spinach as directed on package.
    Drain and press out as much water as possible.
    Melt oleo and beat eggs slightly.
    Add chopped onion and eggs to melted oleo.
    Add cheese; mix well.
    Add spinach and stuffing mix.
    Refrigerate for 1/2 hour. Form into balls (about 1 1/2-inch).
    Put on lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake 15 minutes until lightly browned on bottom, at 350\u00b0.
