Hominy Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1/4 c. minced onion
    1 tsp. salt
    3/4 tsp. chili powder
    dash pepper
    1 1/2 c. milk
    2 16-oz. cans white hominy
    1 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Melt margarine in medium saucepan over medium heat.
    Stir in flour until smooth.
    Add onion, salt, chili powder and pepper. Slowly stir in milk.
    Cook until thickened.
    Wash and drain hominy; stir into sauce.
    Pour into 1-1/2 qt. casserole.
    Put cheese on top.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 40 minutes.
    Serves 6.
