Cream Of Potato Soup I - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. diced raw potatoes
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    3 c. water
    2 chicken bouillon cubes
    3 tsp. butter
    1 c. sour cream
    1 Tbsp. flour
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook potatoes, celery and onions until tender; mash up fine. Mix sour cream with flour until smooth.
    Add to soup.
    Add 2 cups very hot milk; stir constantly until thick.
