Chicken And Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. finely chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    2 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. milk
    2 chicken bouillon cubes
    1 1/2 c. water
    10 oz. white chicken meat, cubed
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli cuts, thawed
Preparation
    In Dutch oven, cook onion and celery in butter over medium heat until softened.
    Add flour and stir until completely blended. Stir in milk, bouillon cubes and water.
    Bring to low boil.
    Stir in chicken and broccoli; reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes.
    Season with pepper.
