Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef or turkey
    1 large onion, chopped
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 (29 oz.) can tomato puree
    1 (29 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 (29 oz.) can crushed tomatoes
    1 (12 oz.) can tomato paste
    1/2 c. water
    2 Tbsp. oregano or to taste
    1 Tbsp. Italian herb seasoning or to taste
    1 1/2 tsp. basil leaves or to taste
    1 1/2 tsp. ground thyme or to taste
    garlic salt to taste
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/3 c. brown sugar or to taste
    1 bay leaf
Preparation
    In a large pot, brown meat with chopped onion.
    Drain off all fat, then add the cans of tomatoes, paste and water.
    Cover top of sauce with the oregano, Italian herb seasoning, basil leaves, thyme and garlic salt to taste.
    Add Worcestershire sauce and brown sugar.
    Stir well.
    Add the bay leaf.
    Cook slowly until very thick.
