Pumpkin Raisin Muffins - cooking recipe

1 (30 oz.) can Libby's pumpkin pie mix
2 (16.1 oz. size) pkg. nut bread mix
1 egg, beaten
1 c. golden or dark raisins
2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
In a large bowl, combine pumpkin pie mix, nut bread mix and egg; stir until thoroughly mixed.
Stir in raisins.
Spoon into greased medium size muffin cups, filling about 2/3 full.
Sprinkle tops with mixed sugar and cinnamon.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve warm. Yields about 30.
