Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 c. mashed sweet potatoes (about 3 lb.)
1 Tbsp. vanilla
2 well-beaten eggs
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. melted butter
dash of cinnamon

Preparation

Mash sweet potatoes.
Add remaining ingredients and beat well. Pour mixture into a greased 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.
