Ingredients

3/4 c. milk
1 egg
2 Tbsp. oil
1 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 apple, chopped fine
Preparation

Beat in large bowl the milk, eggs and oil.
Add remaining ingredients.
Stir lightly.
Heat your pancake griddle or grease a large frypan on medium heat.
Pour 1/4 of batter for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form.
Turn over.
Cook until golden.
Serve with syrup.
