Au Gratin Hash Browns - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large pkg. frozen hash browns (cubed potatoes, not shredded)
    1 can cream of potato soup
    2 cans Cheddar cheese soup
    1/2 pt. sour cream
    1 small jar diced pimentos (optional)
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper (optional)
Preparation
    Let potatoes stand until they can be separated.
    Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan or 3-quart casserole.
