Refrigerator Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. shortening
    2 c. scalded milk
    2 eggs, beaten
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    1 c. cold water
    2 cakes yeast
    1/2 c. lukewarm water
    7 1/2 c. sifted flour
Preparation
    Combine shortening and scalded milk; stir until shortening is melted.
    Combine eggs, sugar and salt and beat in cold water. Soften yeast in lukewarm water.
    Combine the three mixtures and add flour.
    Cover and chill overnight.
    Shape; let rise and bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Serves 36.
