Shepherd'S Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 medium, diced onion
1 Tbsp. Crisco
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 c. cooked corn or 1 can
2 c. mashed potatoes
parsley and paprika

Preparation

Brown meat and onion in Crisco.
Add salt and pepper.
Arrange meat and onion in bottom of a heat-resistant glass dish.
Spread corn on top of meat.
Spread fluffy mashed potatoes on top of corn and set in oven at 350\u00b0.
Bake 20 minutes or until potatoes are browned.
Garnish with parsley and paprika and serve.
Serves 4.
