Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 cans Del Monte Mexican recipe stewed tomatoes
    6 medium size Trappey's jalapeno peppers
    3 Tbsp. pepper juice (from jar)
    6 small spring onions
    1 1/2 Tbsp. dried cilantro
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    In food processor, mince jalapeno peppers and onions together. Dump into mixing bowl. Process can of tomatoes slightly (tomatoes should be in small chunks, not pureed); add tomatoes to mixing bowl with remaining ingredients.
    Mix thoroughly with fork.
    After mixed well, store in glass container and refrigerate.
    Makes approximately 64 ounces.
