Swiss Vegetable Medley - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) bag frozen broccoli, carrots and cauliflower (California mix)
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    1/3 c. sour cream
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1 (4 oz.) jar chopped pimento, drained
    1 can Durkee fried onions
Preparation
    Thaw and drain vegetables.
    Combine vegetables, soup, 1/2 cup Swiss cheese, sour cream, black pepper, pimento and 1/2 can of Durkee onions.
    Pour into 1-quart casserole dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0, covered, for 30 minutes.
    Top with remaining cheese and onions. Bake 5 minutes, uncovered.
