Sugar-Free Fruit Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks butter
    4 medium or 3 large bananas
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    6 eggs
    3 c. self-rising flour
    1 lb. chopped dates
    1 lb. white raisins
    2 c. chopped nuts
    1 large can pineapple (crushed in own juice)
Preparation
    Cream butter with bananas.
    Add nutmeg.
    Add eggs one at a time.
    Add pineapple (save juice).
    Add 2 cups flour alternately with 1 cup juice.
    Mix dates, raisins and nuts.
    Add to 1 cup flour.
    Mix both mixtures thoroughly.
    Pour into greased 10-inch tube pan.
    Place in cold oven.
    Set at 300\u00b0.
    Bake 2 1/2 hours or until golden brown.
